Pipeline
Walk-through
Behind the scenes

From the open web
to defensible conclusions.

A five-stage pipeline, running automatically the moment a feed updates. Scroll on — the right side keeps step with what Krataxis is doing at each stage.

Aggregating intelligence is easy. Defending it is the work. Every stage of the pipeline exists to make each conclusion explainable, traceable, and challengeable on its merits.

— Krataxis design principle

Stages

Five things happen — without your hands on the keyboard.

01 · Ingest

Fetch and normalise raw intelligence.

Every ten minutes, Krataxis retrieves fresh items from every source you have connected — news, conflict, humanitarian, weather, the lot. Each item is cleaned, deduplicated, and landed in a single normalised shape, ready for analysis the moment it arrives.

  • Fully background-driven — no manual fetches, ever.
  • Duplicate filtering across sources reporting the same incident.
  • A source outage never blocks the rest of your feed.
  • Repeated source errors flag the source for review.

02 · Score

A confidence rating you can act on.

Each item is assessed across five independent dimensions and reduced to a single composite. The composite tells you, in one glance, whether a claim is worth the next hour of your attention. The model sharpens with every confirmation or refutation you record.

  • Source Credibility — refined from past claim accuracy.
  • Corroboration — how many independent sources align.
  • Actor Plausibility — does the history support this action?
  • Geographic Consistency — within the actor’s known AO?
  • Temporal Relevance — how fresh against the current picture?

03 · Assign

Recognise the actors. File the item.

Krataxis recognises every actor mentioned — states, factions, organisations, individuals — and links the item to their persistent profile. The item is simultaneously assessed for relevance to every active battlespace so it surfaces in the right context.

  • Automatic actor recognition — names, aliases, callsigns.
  • Zero manual tagging on routine ingestion.
  • Four-level priority ranking, from background to incident.
  • Live watchlist matching the moment an item lands.

04 · Correlate

The connections that take hours, surfaced in seconds.

When you open any event or item, Krataxis ranks every related piece of intelligence — by geographic proximity, recency, shared actors, and thematic overlap. The causal graph lets you build, confirm, and annotate the chain explicitly.

  • Automatic relationship detection across sources and events.
  • Multi-factor relevance ranking surfaces what matters first.
  • Inspector panel — ranked related intel beside every event.
  • Causal graph — draw the chain, confirm or refute auto-links.

05 · Conclude

Promote to a documented event. Move on.

The final stage is yours. Review the prioritised queue, decide what is confirmed, and escalate the significant items into fully documented events with an evidence chain that ties back to the intel that supports them.

  • One-step escalation from queue to confirmed event.
  • Anchored to a Battlespace and linked to every actor by role.
  • Rendered on the map the moment it is created.
  • A complete, auditable evidence chain on every event.

The loop

The pipeline runs continuously.
You read, decide, and escalate.

Stages 01–04 run automatically every refresh cycle. Stage 05 is where your judgement lives. The closer Krataxis can move the queue toward "ready to read," the more time you spend on the work that actually requires you.

10m

Every ten minutes the ingestion loop completes another pass.
